The diagnostic logs can be found in the application’s Help or About menu.

  • Select the Help menu, scroll down to Diagnostics > Open Diagnostic Log Location
  • From there the folder where the diagnostic logs are saved will open.
  • If you are sending them to Imagine Products 
    • For Mac, please compress or zip the files and attach them to your support email. To do this, right click on the file and select Compress.
    • For Windows, it will automatically zip them for you. Simply attach the zip file to your support email.
