The diagnostic logs can be found in the application’s Help or About menu.

  • Select the Help menu, scroll down to Diagnostics > Open diagnostic log location
  • From there the folder where the diagnostic logs are saved will open.
  • If you are sending them to Imagine Products; For Mac, please compress or zip the files and attach them to your support email. Right click on the file and select Compress. For Windows, it will automatically zip them for you.
