There are two ways to download a license. 

1) From the View Licenses page, expand the product to find the software you wish to download. Select the black download icon on the far right.

2) From the View Licenses page select the pencil icon next to the download button.

The next page is the Manage License page. From here you can Download Software using the corresponding button.
