How do I enable desktop notifications?
Open Settings > Notifications and enable Desktop Notifications. You can also configure sound alerts for job completion and errors. Desktop notifications can appear when ShotPut Studio is not the active application.
How do I set up email and SMS notifications?
Open Settings > Notifications and select Login. Your account email will populate automatically. Enter any additional account information and, if you want SMS notifications, add your phone number and verify it using the code sent to your device.
Email and SMS notifications require an Imagine Cloud account, an internet connection, up-to-date software, and an active, unexpired Update Plan associated with your ShotPut Studio license. SMS carrier or data charges may apply.
Which jobs can trigger email and SMS notifications?
You can configure notifications for job completion, cancellation, or errors. For Automations, you can choose between:
Automation Completion Only: Sends a notification when the entire Automation finishes.
Sub-job Completion Only: Sends a notification when each individual step finishes.
Automation and Sub-job Completion: Sends notifications for both individual steps and the entire Automation.
