How do I view the details of a completed copy job?

Select the completed job in the Job List. You can view its metadata, job progress, sources and destinations, and the files that were copied. The Job Flow displays the path data took during the copy, while the Job Tree lets you browse the copied folders and files.

How do I find a report generated by a copy job?

Select the completed job and open its Report Preview. Choose the report type you want to view, then use the Browse icon to open its location in Finder. The Export icon provides options for sharing the report.

Can I upload media to the cloud after a copy job has finished?

Yes. Right-click a completed Copy Job and select Upload. Choose the destination drive from the original job and select your connected cloud destination. Select Start to begin the upload.

Can I transcode media after a copy job has finished?

Yes. Right-click a completed Copy Job and select Transcode. Choose the source drive from the original job and select the Transcode Preset you want to use. Select Start to begin.
