To speed up your transcode processing, head to your Transcode settings, found in the General section of the universal settings panel. 

Once here, ensure GPU Acceleration is enabled. This allows ShotPut Studio to utilize the computer's GPU to speed up transcode processing.

After reviewing this setting, review the setting directly below it for Maximum Concurrent Transcodes. While there is not a perfect value for this, as it will vary based on the footage and your hardware, try setting it higher or lower to attempt to speed up your transcode processing.
