While ShotPut Studio allows you to generate a report with a copy job, the Report tool allows you to quickly generate a report of any file, folder or volume without performing a copy. 

Just drop in the item(s) you would like reports for, then toggle on the types of reports you want created. Finally, choose where you would like to output the reports and click Generate Report. 

The reports will be named and formatted according to your Report Preferences.
