If you are using a Sony AXSM model card reader in your workflow and are finding offload speeds are moving slowly, please try the process below.
Select your Sony AXSM reader from the list of connected devices on the left hand side.
Once the new screen appears, select the Gear Icon to the right of the reader name.
In the pop-up that appears, select Override the Drive IO Settings and set it to be the following - 1 concurrent read, 1 concurrent write, and an 1 MB buffer size.
Then go to your Basic Settings and turn on 'Source Integrity Verification.' After doing all that try another job.
