If your tape is still experiencing issues after trying the 4 recovery options - Run Check, Full Recovery, Partial Recovery, and Rollback, there are further steps you can take to recover your data. 

First, try accessing the tape using a different deck, operating system, or LTFS version. If this fails, consider contacting a data recovery specialist. Although we do not recommend any specific recovery specialists, some of the largest and most reputable options are Werecoverdata and Secure Data Recovery.

A final option is to Reformat your tape. This will result in the loss of all data on this tape but will allow you to begin using your tape again.
