In TrueCheck you can compare directories to other directories, files to other files or locate a file inside another directory.

Check folder structure equality: This option will check the folder structure ONLY not the files inside the folders. TrueCheck will analyze the selected folders for full mirror image matching of subfolders.

Show folders with commonality: In this 'contains' comparison, the folder placed in the 'find' queue will be compared to the folder placed in the 'here' queue. TrueCheck will show you what is alike and what is different. Partial matches are possible and will be displayed as well as differences.

Compare folders - files only: This is the deepest comparison option available in TrueCheck. Matches of files within nested folders, regardless of folder names or where the files are located will be displayed.
