For MAC:

PreRoll Post and myLTO are both equipped with the appropriate drivers during installation. You can also find drivers 

directly from the LTO hardware manufacturers sites.


For Windows:

PreRollPost for Windows’ installer does not install the required ltfs drivers to operate your tape deck.  These must be installed separately and can be found on your tape deck manufacturer’s website. Links have been supplied below to help you in this process

Note for downloading from HP's site:

Before clicking "Obtain Software" once you find the HPEStoreOpen LTFS Software, make sure you are signed in to your HPE Account. The site may ask you to sign in multiple times, so make sure you remain signed in or else the download will fail. If this happens you will likely get an error message stating that the product cannot be found.
